Langcaster designed head stock and computer controlled made necks

The standard Strat head stock is flat.

The new Lancaster head stock is tilted back.

The neck shape is Modern Flat Oval 15" radius

The string trees on all guitars are hand made , chrome plated and in layed with Paua to match the cover

The Lancaster maple neck has several advantages over a stock Strat neck including a 2-way adjustable truss rod and 2 graphite reinforcement bars for added stability. The tilt back head stock eliminates the need for string trees close to the nut and provides crisper open notes.
The exclusive diamond finger board grinding process is accurate to one thousandth of an inch for super low string action.
Medium jumbo frets are 0.95 wide and 0.48 tall.
Ebony finger board with 22 frets and 25 1/2"scale.

Langcaster contemporary style necks have a double action truss rod, which adjusts in 2 directions

When flexed in the neck, resulting pressures are shown above.

The blue arrows show the two rod ends exerting high downward forces while the middle pushes up uniformly.

Benefits of the double expanding truss rod

Extremely stable, no seasonal adjustments are necessary
Increased mass = longer sustain, cleaner and clearer notes
